New Zealand Dad Built an Epic Drift Driveway Around His Home

This dad from New Zealand has converted his entire driveway into a true-to-life racetrack, hosting some of the meanest drift contests around.

First featured in the New Zealand Herald the video takes us on a tour by Hamilton resident Takeshi Teruya, who has spent close to $10,000 dollars building a 130-meter-long drifting track around his home.

He long dreamed of owning his own drift track, griping over the high real estate costs in a Japan before falling in love with a Law Crescent property, which he purchased for $370,000 with $40,000 in upgrades.

Curiously, a straightaway on the drift track is dangerously close to the back edge of his home. Hopefully, he has the drifting skills to skip past it by a wide margin.
