2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata Gets an Added Touch of Color

Even though competition for the Mazda Miata is waning, that isn't stopping Mazda from continuing to make advancements to the world's best-selling roadster.

Following the launch of the ND Miata for 2016 and the hard-top Miata RF, the 2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata brings even more style with new color options inside and out.

The biggest improvement is a new Dark Cherry soft top in addition to the black soft top previously offered. This simple option adds a huge dose of visual impact to an already-attractive design.

This red top accents a wider variety of exterior colors. The 2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata adds some of Mazda's most iconic colors such as Eternal Blue Mica, Snowflake White Pearl Mica and Soul Red Crystal.

That 2018 Miata also gets an expanded availability of Machine Gray Metallic, which was previously only offered on the RF but can now be equipped on the soft top model.

Another color-related change made to the 2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata is on the inside where a new Auburn Nappa leather option is now available. In all, these new changes help give drivers a more upscale experience.

The 2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata goes on sale this month with a starting price of $25,295.
